Chef's Bio

My passion for cooking started as a child. I spent much time in the kitchen with my mother watching her prepare dishes that I still love to cook. As I got older, my mother and I would go to restaurants both in Canada and the United States to try new dishes and discover new trends. We then attempted to replicate those dishes at home. My family has always been willing guinea pigs! I rely on a very large and diverse collection of cookbooks, a necessary resource for a cook.

While working in the marketing and advertising industry, I continued perfecting my cooking skills, taking various cooking classes and catering special feasts for family and friends.

Being a professional myself, it became quite evident to me that there was a distinct need for a more personalized cooking service for busy families. Based on that need, The Kitchen Witch™ Personal Chef Services was borne.

I am a member of the Canadian Personal Chef Association (CPCA) as well as the United State Personal Chef Association (USPCA) and the Personal Chef Network (PCN) As well, I am a certified Food Safety Handler and am fully insured.

As Chef of The Kitchen Witch™ Personal Chef Services, I work to create fresh, interesting and nutritious meals for my clients with all the love and attention I give to the meals I prepare for my own friends and family.
